摘要
在华部分跨国公司出现的商业贿赂问题和我国当前的市场经济发育水平、政府部门的监管能力、法律体系的不健全以及一些地方政府的失职有着很大的关系。因此,必须进一步推动规范的市场经济建设,完善我国法律制度,形成对跨国公司行为的有效监督与约束机制,维护市场的正常秩序。
This study thinks that the business bribery of some MNEs in China is related with the development standard of market economy, inefficiency of the Chinese government, imperfection of law system and delinquency of some local governments. Therefore, we must further enhance the construction of standard market economy, improve our law system and set up a mechanism to supervise behaviors of MNEs in order to guarantee the normal order of the market.
