摘要
农民合作经济组织是农村市场主体的新兴力量,是作为弱势群体的个体农民(农户)进入商品经济的市场并得到保护的中介组织,目前对解决我国“三农”问题正发挥着越来越重要的作用,但由于我国关于农民合作经济组织的立法滞后,致使其种类繁多,组织不规范,法律地位不明确,使农民利益难以得到真正保护。本文通过对农民合作经济组织的概念、范围的明确,界定了其法律地位,并在此基础上对其责任问题进行了探讨。
Peasants＇ Cooperative Economic Organization is the new developing strength of the main body of rural market, it is an intermediary organization which enters commodity economy market and gets protected as individual peasant of the disadvantaged groups . At present ,it is playing a more and more important role to solve the problem of ＂Three Agriculture ＂ . But , because the legislation of Cooperative Economic Organization of Peasants in our country legs behinds, which leads it to be various in style, makes it organized unstandardly , and its legal status is indeterminate. All of the shortcomings make peasants ＇ interests can＇t get protected easily . This text tries to define the legal status of Peasants＇ cooperative economic organization from the clarification of its concept and range and has carried on the discussion to its question of responsibility on this basis .
