摘要
循环经济作为一种根本不同于传统经济模式的新模式,对一个国家的调整机制(包括政府调整机制、市场调整机制、社会调整机制)提出了不同于传统模式的新要求。建立循环经济是一场深刻的社会变革,核心是通过大规模的制度建设,建立促进循环经济的激励机制。文章在分析我国目前为实现循环经济所采取的政府经济激励管制制度现状与存在的问题基础上,借鉴国外经验,并结合我国实际,提出了完善我国促进循环经济发展的政府经济激励管制制度的对策。
Recycle economy as a kind of new mode is different from the traditional economic mode in the adjustment mechanism to a country. Based on the analysis of existing problem of government encourage control system on recycle economy, the countermeasures were proposed for the improvement.
