摘要
为了解决目前我国高速公路车辆收费标准带有一定的随意性的问题,对收费车辆作了适当的分类。在偿还贷款原则、收益分配合理原则、收费标准公平原则的条件下,应用模糊线性规划基本理论建立了车辆收费标准数学模型,并编制了计算程序,为收费标准量化提供了计算模式。
In present,in order to settle the arbitrariness of the vehicle fare standard of highway in our country the vehicle fare are classified equally.The thesis used the basic theory of linear programing and fuzzy mathematics to establish mathematic- al model for the vehicle fare standard,and make up the calculating program and explain its applications.
