摘要
本文针对液压挖掘机功率不匹配运行所产生的损失问题,设计了包含负载-泵-发动机三者的联合控制系统,实现了对柴油机和变量泵以及变量泵和负载的节能功率匹配控制,提高了发动机速度的稳定性,并对传统的由司机选择动力模式的方法进行了改进。
In the light of energy losing which was aroused by the unreasonable power matching, a system made up of the engine, the variable delivery pump and the load of hydraulic excavator was designed. The power matching between the engine and the pump and the power matching between the pump and the load were achieved.. Stability of the engine' s velocity was heightened and the traditional method of oower model which was cheapen by driver was improved.
