摘要
牛活体采卵是继牛体外受精(IVF)、胚胎移植(ET)技术之后推出的一项新的胚胎工程技术。文章就目前牛活体采卵技术最新进展及其几种常用方法的使用效果进行了阐述,综述了影响牛活体采卵效果的因素,最后对牛活体采卵技术的前景作了展望。
In vivo ovum Pick--Up （OPU） is a new embryo engineering technology following the In Vitro Fertilization （IVF） and embryo transferring （ET）. This review explicated the current development and some commonly used methods of bovine in vivo OPU, the factors influencing the effect of in vivo OPU was analyzed and the perspectives of this methods were also summarized.
