骨质疏松症与血清转化生长因子β、瘦素的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究骨质疏松症与血清瘦素和转化生长因子β(TGF-β)浓度的关系。方法:酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测24例骨质疏松症患者血清中瘦素和TGF-β水平,并与正常人对照;计算血清瘦素、TGF-β与骨密度的相关性。结果:骨质疏松症患者TGF-β水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),但血清瘦素与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清TGF-β与骨密度呈正相关,瘦素与骨密度无相关性。结论:TGF-β水平降低可能是骨质疏松症发病的原因之一,而无直接证据表明瘦素水平变化与骨质疏松症发病有相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between osteoporosis and leptin and transforming growth factor β (TGF - β) levels. Methods Serum leptin and TGF - β in 24 patients with osteoporosis were measured by ELISA, and compared with that in 24 healthy subjects as control. Results The serum TGF - β in the patients with osteoporosis was significantly lower than that in healthy subjects, however, there was no significant difference in serum leptin between patients and healthy subjects. The serum TGF - β was positively correlated with bone mineral density. However, there is not correlation between serum leptin and bone mineral density. Conclusion The decreased level of TGF - β may be one of the causes to precipitate osteoporosis, but there is no direct evidence demonstrating the change of serum leptin is correlated with the pathogonesis of osteoporosls.
