摘要
为北京话轻声归类,有声学和音系学两个视角。声学上,轻声与轻音完全一样,可将轻声归入韵律的轻重音;在音系学上,如果认为轻声语素在声调上自成一类,其调型在听辨上有决定性作用,就应该承认轻声有声调辨义功能。从汉语声调辨义角度看,轻声调可分析为一种特殊调类,是语素音节自身的语音特征。从韵律学角度看,音节的轻重强弱是一种相对关系,它由词或短语的韵律而定。
This paper argues that neutral-tone-syllables in Mandarin are phonologically different from unstressed syllables and that the former phonemically forms a supplement tonal category while the latter represents weak feet in the metrical structure of Mandarin. It further claims that metrical patterns bear no phonemic value since weak feet are predictable according to the position of neutral-tone-syllables in words or phrases.
