摘要
目的 回顾分析3例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床资料，加深对本病的认识，提高对其诊断的水平。方法 3例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者术前均行B超、CT及内分泌检查，手术经11肋间切口肾上腺肿瘤切除术，术后均经病理证实。结果 术后随访6—18个月，均未发现肿瘤复发和转移。结论 ①B超和CT检查在肾上腺节细胞神经瘤术前诊断中有重要价值。②治疗主要依靠外科手术。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of the adrenal ganglioneuroma（AG） and improve the diagnotic level. Methods Three patients with AG diagnosed according to clinical data were retrospectively analysed. B - ultrasound, CT scan and endocrine examination were done in all 3 eases before operation. All 3 patients received surgery and diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examination. Results Recurrences and metastases were not found postoperatively during 6 - 18 months follow - up. Conclusion ①It was considered that B - ultrasound and CT scan play an important role in the diagnosis of the AG. ②surgical operation is the treatment of choice.
