摘要
进行了α—萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸等生长激素对紫薇硬枝扦插生根的试验。结果表明:吲哚乙酸处理促进生根的最佳浓度为150-250mg/L;对灌木型紫薇多年生枝条和地被型紫薇枝条α—萘乙酸处理促进生根的最佳浓度为60-80mg/L、对灌木型紫薇一年生枝条α—萘乙酸处理促进生根的最佳浓度为20-60mg/L。
In order to understand the techniques of cutting propagation and biochemical basis for hardwood cutting of Lagerstroemia, the rooting ability of different cutting positions, different branch types, different hormones, some rooting indexes such as rooting ratio, rooting quantity and root length were investigated. The result showed that IAA from 150mg/L to 250mg/L could significantly improve rooting ratio. And the appropriate concentration of NAA to perennial branches of shrubby or covering Lagerstroemia was from 60mg/L to 80mg/L, while it was from 20mg/L to 60mg/L to annual branches.
