摘要
水布垭水电站右岸灌浆工程帷幕灌浆设计进尺约9.6万延米,为了优质、高效地完成施工任务,采用了全自动电脑控制集中制浆系统。由于该系统的使用,在施工过程中大量采用了散装水泥,节约人工成本近六成以上,提高了送浆速率,保证了灌浆质量。
In the grouting project at right bank of Shuibuya hydropower station, the designed footage was about 96,000 square meters, in order to complete the task with high quality and efficiency, we used the system of concentrate pulp controlled by full automaticity, Because of using the system and adopting bulk cement in the construct process, it could save labour cost approximately more than 60 percent, improve the delivering plasm velocity, and assure grouting quality.
