摘要
高压加热器的工作过程复杂,承受的汽水参数较高。这里利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对高压加热器蒸冷段蒸气进口处进行稳态温度场的模拟,对两种热分析模型进行对比分析。根据计算结果,得出进口处接管和壳体在稳定工作状态下的温度和温度梯度的分布情况,从而找到热影响严重的位置和设备内件结构对温度分布的影响,为设备设计和改造提供参考。
The temperature field of the place where locates steam-gas inlet at steam cooling leg of HP heater under steady state was simulated by using engineering software ANSYS. Two kinds of different thermal models were comparatively analyzed after the models were simplified and built. The distribution of temperature and temperature gradient of the pipe junction and shell was discussed based on calculation.Through the analysis, the places where were badly affected was presented, and relation between part structure inside equipment and temperature distribution was understood. These could be references for future design and alteration of pressure equipment.
