摘要
应用双微乳液法,在聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(TX100)/正己醇/环己烷/水体系的油包水(W/O)型微乳液中合成了掺锡和金的氧化铁前驱体,对前驱体经400℃焙烧后所得的粉体进行了表征和气敏性测试,表明制得的掺杂0.5mol%Sn和0.5mol%Au的粉体对C2H5OH气体有较好的气敏性。
The Sn/Fe2O3 and Sn/Au/Fe2O3 particles were prepared in W/O microemulsion system containing TX100/n- hexanol/cyelohexane/H2O. The powders calcined at 400℃ were characterized by XRD,Zeta potential analysis and gas sensitivity measurement. The material doped with 0.5mol% Sn -0.5mol% Au reveals the smallest crystallite size and exhibits good gas sensing response to C2H5OH. The sensitivity reaches 13 when the heating current is 110mA and the C2H5OH concentration is 1000ppm.
