摘要
为了满足集中供热对大口径预制保温管直埋敷设设计的需要,针对DN800、DN700、DN600三种规格的硬质聚氨酯保温、外护高密度聚乙稀保护壳的供热直埋管道进行了实验研究。通过对施工变量、运行变量的工程测量及计算得到三种规格的预制直埋供热管道与回填砂的摩擦系数样本值。按极大似然法原理计算出三种规格的预制直埋供热管和回填砂的摩擦系数以及样本方差的估计值,并按照摩擦系数和样本方差的估计值进行了摩擦系数的区间估计。分别给出了置信度为95%、99%下摩擦系数的置信区间。DN800、DN700、DN600等规格的摩擦系数极大似然估计值依次为0.31、0.28、0.24;置信区间依次为0.24~0.38、0.23~0.33、0.22~0.26。计算数据可供集中供热管道工程直埋敷设设计选用。
In order to satisfy the requirement of engineering design for large diameter buried heating pipelines, experiment research for DN800, DN700 and DN600 precast buried heating pipe with casings of PE and polyurethane foam insulation is carried on. The swatch values of friction factor of three kinds of precast buried heating pipe and backfilling sand is calculated. By using maximum likelihood method, the friction factor and estimate value of sample variance are obtained, and the interval estimation of the friction factor is gotten. The confidence interval of friction factor under 95 % and 99 % degree of confidence is presented. The maximum likelihood estimation value of DN800, DN700, DN600 are 0.31, 0.28 and 0.24 in turn, and the confidence interval are respectively 0.24-0.38, 0.23-0.33 and 0.22- 0.26. The data can be used for engineering design in central heating.
