摘要
采用一步法合成了聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)聚氨酯。通过DSC、DTA、INSTRON—6022材料拉伸机的实验结果表明;GAP粘合剂和硝酸酯增塑剂具有良好的相容性;交联GAP聚氨酯的力学性能随交联剂含量增多、交联密度增大而下降,断裂伸长率降低;高能固体填料HMX和GAP粘合剂之间相互作用很小,二者粘结性不太好,断裂强度与延伸率和没有填料的聚氨酯弹性体相比均有所下降.
This paper prepared Glycidyl Azide Polymer(GAP) polyurethane by one step. The researching results of DSC, DTA and INSTRON-6022 materials tensile strain machine show that: GAP binder pesseses good capacity with plastizer, some mechanical properties of crosslinking GAP polyurethane decrease with the increasing of amount of crosslinking agent, there is literac interaction between high energetic material HMX and GAP binder, some mechanical properties decrease, as compared with GAP polyurethane having no particle HMX
