摘要
经济的发展是一个分工演进的过程。分工的演化受到交易效率的制约,而制度对交易效率具有重大影响。城市群的形成与发展同样是一个分工演进的过程,制度通过影响交易效率,进而影响城市群的分工演进,最终影响城市群的发展。本文简要介绍了珠江三角洲城市群的发展现状,分析其演化和发展的制度障碍,最后就促进其进一步演化和发展给出了一些制度思考。
Economic development is a process of labour division evolvement. The evolution of labour division is restricted by cost of transaction, and cost of transaction is deeply affected by institutional system. The growth of city clusters is also a process of labour division evolvement. So insistitutional system would have great effects on the development of city clusters. This thesis deals with the insistitutional factors that affect the development of the city clusters of the Big Pearl River Delta, and gives some advisement on how to build up a insistitutional system to facilitate the development in this area.
