Development And Application of Cable Jacket Compound Used in Sea Petroleum Platform

摘要 探讨了在海洋石油平台用电线电缆护套料的开发过程中,CSM-45/Nordel2722并用比、硫化体系、氢氧化铝,无机填料以及填料表面处理剂对阻燃电缆料性能的影响。提出了硫化体系、阻燃剂、填料以及填料表面处理剂的选择原则。经计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术分析,并经实验及实践证实:氢氧化铝用量不宜超过60质量份,填料表面处理剂宜采用硬脂酸锌。由此配合而研制开发出的产品性能满足IEC-502(1994)的要求,电缆料具有良好的可加工性,也具有一定的经济和社会效益。 ln the process of developing the cable jacket compound,the effect of ratio blended with Nordel 2722,Curing System,AL(OH)3,mineral filler and surface -treated agent on the property of fire resistant cable jacket compound is discussed and the principle of selecting curing system,fire resistant,filler and surface-treated agent is raised as well.With CAD analysis and practical experiment,it has proved that it is better for AL(OH)3 not to exceed 60 wt and filler surface treated with stearate of zinc.According to above-mentioned compounding way,the compound prepared can meet with the reguirements of IEC-502(1994)and the compound has both excellent proeessability and economic efficieucy.
