摘要
对T2紫铜的搅拌摩擦焊技术进行了试验研究,对其接头组织和力学性能等进行了初步分析,并对紫铜搅拌摩擦焊温度场进行了数值模拟和实验验证。结果表明,用搅拌摩擦焊方法焊接6mm厚的T2紫铜板,可得到成形美观、内部无缺陷的平板对接接头。紫铜搅拌摩擦焊时工件温度较高,焊接区最高温度接近700℃,温度分布以搅拌头为中心,呈放射状向四周逐步降温。
The welding process of friction stir welding (FSW) for joining of copper was studied, the microstructure and property of copper joint were analyzed. And the temperature distribution of joint during friction stir welding was simulated and measured. The results show that the weld joint with good appearamce and defect-free in the inner can be obtined on 6 mm-thick T2 copper plate at optimum joining conditions. The highest temperature of the weld joint during friction stir welding is about 700℃, and the temperature decreases all aroud from joint center.
