掺杂剂对硫硒化锌基颜料的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文中主要研究了在硫硒化锌基颜料中,掺杂剂的种类和掺杂浓度对颜料性质的影响,讨论了理想的掺杂剂的选择原则。利用XRD,分光光度计对颜料试样进行分析研究,分析不同掺杂剂及掺杂浓度下颜料的性质。 In the paper,the effect of the variety and concentration of the dopant on the property of Zinc seleno sulphide based pigment was researched,and the principle selecting ideal dopant discussed.The pigment sample was studied by XRD and spectrometer and the property of the pigment in different kinds of dopant and dopant concertration(mol%) analysed so as to determine the variety and concentration(mol%) of the dopant which can make zinc selenosulphide produce bright red colour.
