摘要
本文研究了高档优质Si_3N_4结合SiC窑具的工艺过程,并且论述了制备这种高档优质窑具的工艺参数。
In this paper,the technological process of Si_3N_4—SiC compact kiln furniture with high quality has been studied and the technological parameter of making this kind of kiln furniture has also been described.
