摘要 目的:在地理信息系统(GIS)及遥感(RS)支持下探讨广东省食管癌(EC)死亡率地理分布特征及与气候等地理环境因素之间的关系。方法:在GIS软件ArcInfo9.0中建立广东省EC死亡率GIS数据库,并与广东省电子地图连接。利用空间分析法提取广东省分县的气候等地理环境数据,对EC死亡率与相应地区的地理环境数据进行等级相关分析及多元回归分析。结果:广东省EC有明显的地区聚集性;EC的死亡率与多项气候因素、植被指数及海拔高度均里相关性;年平均降水量、年平均最低气温、水热指数、平均海拔、1,2,5-8,10月份平均风速最后进入回归方程。结论:广东省EC的死亡率分布与气候等地理环境因素有一定关系。运用GIS技术有助于肿瘤流行因索的空间分析,但与EC发病的内在联系有待进一步研究。 Objective: To explore the geographical distribution of esophageal cancer( EC) in Guangdong province and environmental risk factors that affected it by using geographic information system( GIS) and remote sensing(RS). Methods: The ArcInfo 9.0 software was used to set up GIS database of EC mortality. Geographic and climate data of 94 counties of Guangdong province were extracted from the Geedataset provided by data-sharing network of China earth system science by spatial analysis. Spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis between EC and environmental factors were carried out in SPSS 13.0. Results: The counties that had the highest mortality of EC showed significant aggregation. There were many factors, such as the annual mean rainfall and evaporation, the annual mean, highest and lowest temperature, water-heat index, monthly mean wind speed, which were correlated with the mortality of EC. Conclusion: The distribution of EC mortality in Guangdong province is related to environmental factors. GIS can be applied for cancer epidemiology study and will exert active effect, which should be further explored.
