摘要
给出在约束条件下即船内液舱近满舱或空舱时液体倾侧力矩的计算公式，并通过计算说明约束条件下当船内液舱较多或容量较大时，忽略舱内液体对稳性的影响是不安全的，在船舶营运配载过程中应引起充分的注意．
Formulas for the calculation of free surface effects of in-tank liquid upon vessel's stability under the restraints of near full or near empty conditions have been developed in this paper. The paper that it is unsafe to ignore the effects of free surface upon vessel's stability when the tanks are nearly full or full of great amount of liquid. and that attentions shoud be paid to the effects of free surface under critical conditions when officers are dealing with their vessel's stability in the process of corriage by sea.
