摘要
目的探讨永久性人工心脏起搏器术后并发症的预防处理对策．方法58例进行了经左锁骨下静脉的永久性人工心脏起搏器安装．结果58例中有1例发生术后感染，4例发生起搏器综合征，5例发生心房纤颤。无1例发生电极脱位和静脉血栓．并发症总发生率为17．24％．结论起搏器术后并发症的预防包括：预防切口感染、渗血；防止电极移位；严密心电监护；加强生活护理和健康教育．
Objective To study the prevention and strategies of complications after artificial permanent pacemaker imptantation. Methods 58 cases with permanent pacemaker implantation had been performed by subclavian vein path. Results Among 58 cases, 10 cases with postoperative complications occurred （17.24%）, which predominated by 1 case postoperative infection and 4 cases pacemaker syndrome and 5 cases atrial fibrillation, no cases occurred in them with electrode displacement and venous thrombosis. Conclusion The prevention and treatment include： preventing incision infection and bleeding; preventing electrode displacement; monitoring electrocardiogram exactly; augmenting living nursing care and healthy education.
