摘要
目的对甲状腺痰病患者进行抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体和抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体的电化学发光法和免疫荧光法分析.方法应用甲状腺自身抗体检测试剂盒作抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体和抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体检测,在荧光显微镜下观察荧光模型,同时作滴度分析,对每一滴度做电化学发光法定量检测.结果应用免疫荧光法检测滴度〈1:20的标本TGAb为42.33μg/L,TPOAb为19.81IU/mL,1:40为阳性的标本TGAb为102.55μg/L,TPOAb为62.74IU/mL等.结论本实验所用的免疫荧光法与电化学发光法检测TGAb与TPOAb相关性甚好,可用于临床疾病诊断的相关替代方法.
Objective To examine thyroperoxidase and thyroglobulin autoantibodies in thyroid diseases with electrochemiluminescent immunoassay and immunoflurescence. Methods With autobody kits to examine thyroperoxidase and thyroglobulin autoantibodies and observe under microscope, analyze its nuclear type, at same time, give its value with fluorescence microscope. Results 〈1:20 titer in immunoflurescence is 42.33 ng/mL of thyroglobulin autoandbodies and in 19.81 IU/mL of thyroperoxidase autoantibodies in electrochemiluminescent immunoassay, 1:40 titer is TGAb 102.55 ng/mL and TPOAb 62.74 IU/mL respectively. Conclusion There is better relation between electrochemiluminescent immunoassay and immunoflurescence for thyroperoxidase and thyroglobulin autoantibodies, which can be a substitute each other for clinical diagnosis.
