摘要
高血压是脑卒中、心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭的最主要发病因素，是多基因遗传和多个环境因素相互作用的结果．总结、归纳各种高血压动物模型的建立与应用，为研究其发病机制及研制抗高血压的新药提供方法．
Hypertension is the main cause for cerebral apoplexy, heart failure and renal failure, and is the consequence of the interaction of polygenic inheritance and environmental factors. The comprehensive review of the establishment and application of animal model for hypertension can provide the methods for the study of mechanism of hypertension and new antihypertensive drugs.
