摘要
介绍在开展福建省沿海主要港口评价和优选(以下简称评选)工作中,应用两种定量的评选方法(特尔斐法和层次分析法)与产生相一致结论的过程,并对评选方法的应用进行了探讨。
The two methods for the assessment and selection of quantification (called as Terpe Method and Stratification Analysis Method)applied to the assessment and selection works for the main coastal prots of Fujian Province and the course obtaining the same conclusion are introduced in the paper. The inquiry on the application of assessment and selection is also made in it.
