摘要
本文介绍了中国科学院等离子体物理研究所EAST(HT-7U)全超导托卡马克实验装置外真空杜瓦大直径不锈钢高真空容器的制造工艺方案,以外真空杜瓦筒体部件和上封头部件的制造工艺为例,分析了制造中的工艺难点,提出了相应的对策.为今后同类大型不锈钢高真空容器的制造,为确保产品质量、简化工艺装备设计、加快制造进度提供了工艺措施,积累了经验。
This paper gives an introduction on manufacturing process of vacuum vessel for EAST (HT-TU), which is a superconducting tokamak with big-diameter and full-stainless steel vessel built in Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Take its shell and upper head parts for example, this paper describes manufacturing process and assembling process for this huge vessel, analyzes critical manufacturing process and provides associated solving plan. This paper can also provide experience on fabrication, quality assurance, upgrading tool design, method to accelerate manufacturing schedule for the similar big and stainless steel vessel.
