摘要
徐特立认为,德育在学校教育中居首要位置。德育的目标,既要培养学生崇高的革命理想、志气和作风,又要发扬中华民族的传统美德。教师要履行“人师”职责,彰显“身正”风范,高度关爱学生,实行民主管理;德育的良策是“情”“理”交融的感化,具体做法很多,其中包括诗教;要少用惩罚,并严禁体罚;转化差生是德育工作中的难点,感化教育仍不失为卓有成效的办法。
Xu Te-li thinks that moral education is very important in school education. The target of moral education is that we sholdd develop the students＇ great revolutionary ideal, ambition, work style and develop the traditional virtues of the Chinese people. Teachers shotdd carry out teachers＇ duty, clearly show the style of teaching by their own examples, love their students and carry out democratic administration. The best way for moral education is to influence the students with ＂feelings＂ and ＂reason＂. We should try to avoid using punishment and physical punishment should be prohibited. It is a difficult task to change the inferior students and influential education is the best way.
