摘要
1988年8月6日,由于母线差动保护误动作使线路故障扩大,造成了贵阳电网瓦解的大面积停电事故。检查发现,母差保护误动原因是保护的零回路漏接一根短线。本文着重介绍了用单相负荷电流检查零回路的新方法,并对这次事故情况进行了分析。
On August 6th 1988, in Guiyang Power System, a line fault was extended to a cascade shutdown accident because of the mal-operation of a busbar differential protection. By the inspection after the event, it was found out that the maloperation was caused by missing a short connection in the neutral circuit.In this paper, a new method for checking the neutral circuit by using single phase load current is introduced. An analysis of this accident is presented.
