摘要
根据半导体激光器在反馈条件下的速率方程,构造了一个延迟非线性系统,并研究了该系统的混沌动力学特征,包括相轨迹图,最大lyapunov指数和关联维数。这些特征表明,该系统具有混沌吸引子。
Based on the rate equations of semiconductor lasers with optical feedback, we constructed a delay non-linear system, and studied its chaotic dynamics characters, which included the space trajectory, the largest Lyapunov exponent, correlation dimension. All these characters showed that the non-linear system had chaotic attractor.
