摘要
保障农民老年经济安全是构建和谐社会、化解民生风险的必要前提。基于经济安全保障的资源配置理论，在对我国农村社区各种保障资源进行深入分析的基础上，提出资源整合的有效方式和复合型弹性保障机制的模式设计，以期为我国农村老年经济安全保障政策的制定提供理论支持和路径参考。
It is the prerequisite of constructing the harmonious society, dissolving people＇s livelihood risk to ensure economic security of the aged farmers.With the aid of the economic security resource distribution theory, on the basis of analyzing in depth various kinds of guaranteeing resources of rural community,in order to offer the systematic support in theory and the consultation in the route for the formulation of the rural aged economy security policy, the paper puts forward the efficient methods of resources integration,bring in the design of complex flexible ensuring mechanism.
