摘要
广蓄电站一期工程尾水隧洞在充水时,4条尾水支管渐变段钢衬都发生了不同程度的失稳变形,特此对尾水支管渐变段钢衬失稳的原因及工程处理措施、钢衬修复、加固、焊接和美国TUL防水涂料的施工工艺作简单介绍,以供设计、施工人员从中吸取教训。
When the tailrace tunnel of Guangdong Pumped-storage Power Plant in the first phrase was filled by water,the off-stability deformations of the steel liner in the transition section have occurred in the four draft-tube branchesto different degree. This paper describes briefly the off-stability causes of the steel liner in the transition section of the draft-tube branches and their treatment measures, the steel liner repairment, reinforcement and welding, and the construction techniques of the TUL waterproof paint made in USA, which could provide the lessons for the design and construction of new projects.
