真空铝热还原法制备金属锶的反应机理 被引量:6

摘要 为提高锶还原率,研究了真空铝热还原法制备金属锶的反应机理.对锶还原率和渣相间关系进行了理论分析;对实际锶还原率进行了计量;并对实际渣相进行了XRD定量分析.理论分析认为,锶还原率越高,则渣相中SrO.A l2O3相数量越多.实验结果表明:制备的金属Sr纯度可达99.5%以上;实际渣相中SrO.A l2O3相质量分数大大高于理论值;且实际锶还原率越低,渣相中SrO.A l2O3相质量分数反而越高.分析认为,原料A l粉被氧化后生成A l2O3,会大量消耗原料SrO,生成SrO.A l2O3相.尽量减少原料A l粉被氧化,是保证高锶还原率的关键. To improve the strontium recovery ratio the reaction mechanism in preparation of Sr using vacuum aluminothermic reduction was studied. The relationship between strontium recovery and the slags was theoretically analyzed. The actual strontium recovery ratio was measured. The slag was investigated by XRD(X-ray diffraction) quantitative phase analysis. According to theoretical analysis, the higher the strontium recovery is, the more the SrO·Al2O3 phase will be in slag. Experimental results show that the purity of metal strontium can be over 99.5% ; the actual SrO . Al2O3 mass per- cent is much higher than theoretical value; and the lower the strontium recovery is, the higher the SrO , Al2O3 mass percent would be. It is believed that as Al powder is oxidized to Al2O3, it may consume lots of SrO to form SrO ·Al2O3. Reducing the oxidization of Al powder would achieve high strontium recovery.
