摘要
针对常温常压的废水催化氧化,采用浸渍法制备CeO2-CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,运用XRD、SEM手段表征了制备工艺对催化剂的影响,以双氧水氧化甲基橙溶液研究催化剂的催化性能。研究表明,焙烧温度、Ce活性组分含量显著影响催化剂的性能,催化剂对双氧水催化氧化甲基橙溶液具有较好的效果,甲基橙去除率达60%以上。
The copper series catalyst for the treatment of methyl orange solution using H2O2 was prepared by impregnating process under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, room temperature, the effect of preparation on catalysts was studied by means ofXRD, SEM. The results showed that calcination temperature and Ce amount would affect the catalyst's performance. The prepared catalyst showed a good catalytic activity for removal of methyl orange in aqueous solution.
