摘要
利用流体模拟软件FLOW-3D,对铝合金阀盖压铸件的充型过程及氧化物夹杂进行了模拟仿真。通过模拟改进了浇注系统设计方案,有效地防止铝合金阀盖氧化物夹杂缺陷的产生。结果表明,内浇道位置对流动形态及氧化夹杂有重要影响,改进工艺方案可以减少夹杂缺陷,有利于提高铸件质量。计算机模拟能为工艺方案的评价和改进提供有效的参考依据。
By using the software Flow-3D, the filling process for aluminum alloy valve cover in die casting and oxides inclusion in ones were simulated. Based on the simulated results, the gating system was optimized to effectively eliminate oxides inclusion in aluminum alloy valve cover. Ingate position has greatly affected the filling morphology and oxides inclusion. Optimization of gating system can reduce inclusion and be favorable for improving castings quality. Computer simulation can provide a reference for evaluation and optimization of gating system.
