摘要
本文报道西宁地区20例无手术指征颅脑外伤患者除常规治疗外尽早采用高压氧治疗（称治疗组），并与20例接受常规治疗的患者（称对照组）进行了对照比较，结果显示：颅脑外伤患者除常规治疗外尽早采用高压氧治疗可减轻颅脑外伤后脑组织缺血、缺氧、脑水肿、颅内压增高导致的脑组织损害，明显缩短了颅脑外伤的病程。使对照组疗程12．2±5．45天缩短到治疗组5．2±2．1天，疗效显著。值得推广应用。
