摘要
本文报道26例青年人胃癌特征。青年人胃癌症状隐匿，病程长，中晚期病人多，易于浸润和转移。病理组织学分类以印戒细胞癌、低分化腺癌为主。本组资料随访结果表明根治术组生存期比未手术组及姑息手术组明显延长（P＜0．01），而姑息手术组与未手术组比较未见明显差异（P＞0．05），建议青年人胃癌实施根治术以延长生存期。
This paper reports the characteristics of stomach carcinoma about young patients. These characteristics in clude non-palpable symptom, long course, more cases of And-term and late, tumour is easy to metastasize and infiltrate.The main classification of pathology is mucoadenous carcinoma and undifferentiated glandular carcinoma. The follow investigate material of our reasearch indicated that the existed period of radical operation group has been extended than no-operation group and palliative operation group(P<0. 01). But compared with the no- operation group and pailiative operation group there is no obvious difference(P>0. 05 ). So we recommend that the young persons who suffer from stomach carcinoma should carry out the radical operation in order to prolong the exist period.
