摘要
通过工艺试验、耐磨试验和显微组织观察分析,研究了氧-乙炔火焰喷焊层的常规性能。试验结果表明:随复合粉末中WC-16Ni含量的提高,涂层显微硬度和耐磨性增加。
Through the process test,wearing test and microstructure observation and analysis, the convention performance of oxygen-acetylene flame spray welded layer is studied. Investigated results indicate that as the content' s increasing of WC- 16Ni of composite powder, the coating' s microhardness and abradability increase.
