摘要
本文采用手术切除和术后化疗方法治疗有局部淋巴转移或邻近器官浸润的中、晚期食管癌与贲门癌９８例。结果：术后８例出现吻合口瘘，其中１例因吻合口瘘致衰竭死亡，其余瘘口愈合；术后１年生存率８６．６％，２年生存率７１．１％，５年生存率１７．５％。作者认为基层医院治疗中晚期食管癌与贲门癌应适当放宽手术适应征；结合化疗，加强术后营养，早期发现与治疗吻合口瘘，可提高病人生存率与生活质量。
The paper reported 98 cases of intermediate and late cancer of esophagusand cardia with local lymphatic metastasis or neiboring organs infiltration treated by surgeryand chemotherapy postoperatively. The results showed that 8 cases occured anastomatic leak-age(one died of exhaustion)and one-year survial rate was 86.6%,two-year 71.1%andfive-year 17.5%. The Authors suggested that local hospital should widen indication of sur-gical interfere for intermediate and late cancer of esophagus and cardia. The survial rate couldincrease by postoperative chemotherapy,enough nutrition and early management of anastom-atic leakage.
