TiO_(2)催化超声降解月桂醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚溶液

摘要 表面活性剂随废水、废物的排放进入水体或土壤等环境,会对环境造成严重的污染。因此,有必要在其排放之前采用既安全可靠又有效的方法对其进行处理。本文采用经过600℃高温处理的锐钛矿型TiO_(2)作为催化剂,以超声催化降解月桂醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚(AEO_(9))反应为模型,研究各种因素对TiO_(2)催化超声降解的影响。结果表明,在TiO_(2)催化剂作用下超声降解AEO9是可行的,且效果明显。在超声波功率为600W,经600屯活化的TiO_(2)催化剂用量为0.5-0.7g/L,AEO_(9)水溶液初始质量浓度为60mg/L,初始pH值为4.0的条件下,降解2h后,AEO_(9)降解率可达99%以上。 The present article aims to introduce the authors'experi-mental researeh over the degradation of fatty aleohol polyoxyethyleneether sewage,As is often the case,in the chemical processing indus-try,the use of surface active agents(SAA)is likaly to cause seriouspollution on the surrounding envirorment when SAA leak into waterand soil along with the emission of sewage and gartage with them.Therefore,it is necessary to treat them safely and efficiently beforethey are let into water and soil.To solve the problem,we suggest thata system of ultrasonic degradation be uscd with heat-treated TiO_(2)as acatalyst.The suggested method is by nature a process which is sim-ple,efficient,safe,flexible as well as compact.In hoping to height-en the degradation efficiency of the AFO_(9),sewage in our experiment,we have carefully analyzed the main performances of the degradationprocess and the effect of the initial pH and the initial concentration ofAEO,TiO_(2)amount,heating temperature of TiO_(2),as well as the ul-trasound power.The experimental results indicate that the degradationsystem is highly beneficial to the degradation of AEOg.Our experi-ment results also show that TiO_(2)catalyst helps to enhance the effect ofultrasonie enengy on the degradation of AEO,,with its degradation ef-fieieney being able to be pushed up to 99%in the presence of TiO_(2)catalyst only 0.5-0.7 g/L,ultrasound power 600 W,the initialcuncentration 60 mg/L.and pH=4.0 of AEO,just after 2 h.
