传统胃大部切除与胃肠道重建术有关的远期并发症及胃肠吻合术式的改良——附80例分析 被引量：1

摘要 我院自1985年以来对80例胃大部切除传统的胃肠吻合术式进行了改良,并进行了随访,结果满意,报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组80例,男49例,女31例。平均年龄37岁。十二指肠溃疡11例,胃溃疡26例,胃癌42例,幽门管癌1例。Henley空肠间置术6例,Roux—en—y型手术44例,回盲间置BI式胃大部分切除30例。80例均得到随访,最长7年,最短1年。
