摘要
以中药煎剂复方毛冬青液肛门灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎１０７例，结果治愈３２例，占２９．９０％；显效３０例，占２８．０４％；好转２７例，占２５．２３％；总有效率为８３．１７％，疗效满意。笔者认为中药煎剂复方毛冬青液谨守慢性前列腺炎病机湿热瘀滞，采用扶正祛邪，消肿止痛，活血通络的法则组方，通过经肛门灌肠使药物直达病所，又有局部热疗作用，不失为治疗前列腺炎的一种有效方法。
One hundred and seven patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with enema of compound Radix Ilicis Pubescentis,in which 32 cases(29.90%)were cured,30cases(28.04%)improved remarkedly and 27 cases(25.23%)improved,the total effective raie being 83.17%. InTraditional Chinese Medicine,the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis is considered as damp heatand blood stasis. Hence,the therapeutic principle is to strenghthen the vital energy to dispelevils,relieve swelling and stop pain,activate blood circulation and dredge the channels andcollaterals.The herbal compound for enema is formulated according to the above theory,and candirectly act upon the diseased area with a local thermal effect.It is concluded that this treatmentis effective for chronic prostatitis.
