摘要
运用皮牵甩肩法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折３１例，与传统整复后夹板固定治疗２７例比较，结果前者骨折复位优良率（９６．７７％）高于后者（９２．５９％），但两者比较Ｐ＞０．０５；肩关节功能恢复优良率前者（９０．３２％）明显高于后者（６２．９６％），且Ｐ＜０．０５。认为皮牵甩肩法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折，是一种简便、实用、有效的方法。
Fifty-eight cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus were studied,in which 31 caseswere treated by combination of skin traction and shoulder swinging(CSTSS)and 27 ed by manual reduction combined with splinting as control.The result showed that the effect of the formergroup was better than that of the latter,especially in recovering of shoulder movement.(P<0.05).
