摘要 对1万t/a顺酐反应器列管管接头焊接的技术难点进行分析,认为存在以下难点:焊接坡口深且窄,焊口密度大,列管壁薄,管板刚度相对较差,焊接量大,变形不易控制,必须通过两次耐压试验和两次氨渗漏试验,焊接质量要求高。通过采取第一遍手工氩弧自熔化少填丝焊接、小直径焊丝、小线能量焊接工艺、全面施焊前加固焊、焊接过程中对称跳焊等一系列技术措施,较好地解决了上述难题。经水压试验、氨渗漏检验及现场高温热熔盐循环试验,焊接接头质量完全达到设计及工艺要求。 The technical difficulties of tube joint welding of a 1×104 t/a maleic anhydride reactor were analyzed.The difficulties involve deep and narrow welding grooves,dense welding joints,thin tube wall,relative low tube plate rigidity,uneasy controlling deformation,needs of two pressure tests and two ammonia leakage tests,and high welding quality requirement.A serious technical measures,such as primary manual argon arc welding with self melting and less wire filling,small linear energy welding process with small diameter welding wires,reinforcing welding prior to overall welding construction,and symmetric skip welding,were adopted and have solved above-mentioned difficulties successfully.Through water pressure test,ammonia leakage test and field high temperature melted salt cycle test,it is shown that the tube joint welding quality meets completely the design and process demands.
