摘要
星载微波组件是决定星载雷达系统性能的最重要、最复杂和最昂贵的子系统,文中介绍星载微波组件热设计的重要性及特点,通过研究接触导热和辐射散热两种热传导形式,提出了相应的结构设计的基本途径来提高组件的散热效果。文中还介绍了热真空试验的重要性以及它的目的和试验步骤。热真空试验为星载微波组件的工程设计和优化航天产品提供了一条重要参考依据。
Satellite-borne microwave module is the most important, most complicated and costly sub-system, which determines the performance of satellite-borne radar system. The characteristic and importance of the thermal design of satellite-borne microwave module are introduced in this paper. After studying two kinds of heat exchange, thermal contact transfer and thermal radiantion transfer, the corresponding methods of structural design to the thermal vacuum test the optimal improve heat emission efficiency of the module are suggested . At last, this paper also introduces vacuum test. Its characteristics, the importance and the main test steps are discussed. Thermal provides an important reference for the thermal design of satellite-borne microwave module and for design of aerospace products.
