摘要
针对胜利油田对方钻杆生产和修补的需要,研制出1台方钻杆环缝自动焊机。该焊机拥有2套自动焊接装置,1套用于TIG打底焊,1套用于CO2填充盖面焊,完全可以满足方钻杆对焊接质量的要求;焊机控制系统以PLC可编程控制器为控制核心,提供了多种可选择的焊接模式和容量庞大的焊接数据库,使焊机适应性强,操作简单方便。现场应用表明,该焊机克服了以往手工焊生产效率低、劳动强度高、质量不易保证等缺点,有较高的市场应用价值。
In order to meet the need of manufacturing and repairing kelly bar in Shengli Oilfield,an automatic welding machine for welding circular seam of kelly bar is developed.It has two sets of automatic welding devices,of which one is used for TIG back welding and the other is used for CO2 filling capping welding.It can completely meet the demand of kelly bar on welding quality.With PLC programmed controller as controlling core,the controlling system of the welding machine provides many kinds of optional welding modes and huge welding database,which makes it flexible and convenient.The field application indicates that the welding machine overcomes the disadvantages of hand welding such as low productivity,high labor intensity and instability of quality.Therefore,it has high application value in the market.
