注聚泵泵体内孔相贯线倒圆电解加工系统 被引量:1

摘要 注聚泵泵体内孔相贯线所处的位置空间狭小,无法采用常规的手工修磨方式进行圆角加工。传统的手工加工方式不仅费时费力,且加工精度难以控制,为此引入电解加工工艺,研制了泵体内孔相贯线倒圆电解加工系统。该系统利用金属工件在电解液中发生阳极电化学溶解的原理去除材料,主要由电解加工工具、电解液供给及循环系统、电解液过滤净化系统、电解液温度控制系统及电源等部分组成。加工结果表明,该加工方式能很好地满足加工精度和质量要求,所倒圆角半径大于3mm,表面粗糙度小于0.8μm,在很大程度上缓解了注聚泵泵体开裂现象。 The machining of round corner for intersecting lines of holes in polymer-injecting pump is very difficult and the machining accuracy can not be guaranteed.To solve this problem,the electro-chemical machining(ECM)system is developed.This system is mainly composed of ECM tools,electrolyte supplying and circulating system,electrolyte filtering and purifying system and electrolyzing temperature controlling system.The cationic electro-chemical dissolution will take place when metal workpieces are put in the electrolyte.The system uses this mechanism to remove materials.The machining result shows that the machining method can greatly meet the demand of machining accuracy and quality with the machined round corner of more than 3 mm in radius and surface roughness of less than 0.8 urn.It reduces the probability of being split in pump body to a great extent.
