摘要
提出了瓣形万向轴承受拉伸载荷时瓣齿强度的理论分析方法,利用该方法对万向轴的瓣齿进行了应力分析,根据应力分析的结果讨论了瓣形万向轴的2种主要失效形式,并分析了瓣齿的结构参数对万向轴失效形式的影响。应用ANSYS分析软件对瓣形万向轴承受拉伸载荷时瓣齿的强度进行了有限元分析,从计算结果与实验结果的对比可以看出,两者基本上是一致的,说明利用ANSYS处理瓣形万向轴瓣齿的拉伸强度问题是可行的,计算结果可信,因此有限元计算可以作为今后瓣形万向轴结构设计和强度校核的重要参考依据。
The theoretical method for analyzing the strength of the flapper teeth when the valvular cardan shaft is subject to tensile load is put forward.The stress analysis of the flapper teeth of the cardan shaft is carried out by means of this method.According to the result of the stress analysis,two main forms of failure of the cardan shaft are discussed and the impact of the structure parameters of the flapper teeth on the forms of failure is analyzed.By using the ANSYS software,the finite-element analysis of the flapper teeth strength when the valvular cardan shaft is subject to tensile load is performed.It can be seen from the contrast between calculation result and experimental result that two results are almost identical.It shows that it is feasible to cope with the tensile strength of the flapper teeth of the valvular cardan shaft by using the ANSYS software and the calculation result is believable.Therefore,the finite-element calculation can be used as an important reference for the future structure design and strength calibration of the valvular cardan shaft.
