摘要
地铁车辆用大型铝合金型材一般断面形状较复杂,壁厚相差悬殊,断面积及外接圆大,且宽厚比较大,是生产难度很大的一类型材。一方面型材挤压成形难度大,另一方面型材的尺寸公差和形位公差精度高,这些特点对挤压模具的设计加大了难度。介绍了大型铝合金型材挤压模具的设计过程,经生产实践证明模具的设计较为合理。
large-sized sectional material used in sub-way carriage has the feature of complex profile, big circumscribed circle and large basal area. In the extruding process, not only the good properties is needed but also the high degree of accuracy of the size tolerance and shape-position tolerance. All these features increase the degree of die design. Large-sized die design process is introduced and the reasonable design is proofed in producing.
