总结铝连续铸轧机铸轧辊失效的主要形式及原因,从热装配工艺、铸轧生产工艺等方面提出了提高铸轧辊使用寿命的途径。
The main types and causes of failure on casting rollers of aluminum continuous east- rolling mill were summarized. The ways to improve the working life of casting roller were put forward from the aspects of thermal assembling process and cast - rolling process.
